• Choices you make on our site. If you use our design tool, package buttons or payment calculator, we receive the selections you send with your request, such as a package, color or estimated loan amount.
• Basic technical information. Our website host automatically records standard information like your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to you and schedule your free estimate
• To prepare proposals and complete and support your project
• To register manufacturer warranties and honor our Lifetime Warranty
• To keep business, tax and legal records

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the text box on our estimate form or text us, you agree that we may send you text messages about your project, such as scheduling, reminders and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their own marketing.

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:

• Product manufacturers, to register your warranties
• Financing partners, only if you ask to apply for financing

We keep your information as long as needed to complete your project, support your warranty, and meet our legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information like bank or card numbers through our forms or by text.
